The reason is that it is from this part of the income that a borrower repays the loan installments. So, if the net disposable income is low, it is advisable to go in for a longer tenure loan rather than opting for short tenure one. This way the EMI portion is reduced.</p>
<p>Another factor that influences the loan tenure is the amount of loan. The amount borrowed determines whether one should opt for a longer tenure or shorter tenure. Generally, short tenure loans attract lower rates of interest as compared to long tenure loans. This is because banks can estimate the near term interest rate movements more accurately as compared to movements in the long term.</p>
<p>Another important element to be considered is the future income of the borrower. In case the borrower is expecting an increase or reduction in his income, he has to decide on the tenure accordingly. Another factor that influences the loan tenure is the objective of the borrower. Whether a borrower is intending to take the loan to purchase a property for his own use or as an investment has a bearing. Generally, if a borrower is borrowing for the purpose of investing, he may just go for a shorter duration loan. None of these factors can be individually taken to decide on the loan tenure. All these factors are interlinked and need to be analyzed in totality so as to arrive at an ideal loan tenure.</p>

<p>Sweep the kitchen floor at least once a day, and mop every other day.Mix 1 cup of vinegar with 1 gallon of hot water to cut through sticky spills and stuck-on food, and make your floor shine.Use diluted vinegar for spot cleaning and dry immediately.</p>
<p>Clean up after spills as soon as they occur.Hand cleaning the floor with the vinegar solution works better than doing so with hot water, and can take the place of the monthly deep cleaning.When cleaning wood floors, use the least amount of water necessary, and dry immediately.</p>

<li>If your bedroom is too warm, turn down the thermostat a few degrees, or try opening a window or setting up a fan. Or, if it&#8217;s too cold, try adding another blanket to your bed, turning up the heat.</li>
<li>Check your mattress to see if it&#8217;s comfortable and the right size for you. Choosing wrong mattress or too soft mattress can cause back, leg, and other body aches.</li>
<li>The experts recommend that we shouldn&#8217;t eat within three hours of going to bed.These foods can often cause stomach distress that keeps us up at night.You should not only avoid drinking coffee before bedtime, but other sources of caffeine too.</li>
<li>Keep your schedule in tune with your biological clock. Your bodies used to do same thing at a certain time, it becomes a habit. Your bedtimes should be a habit too. This way, our body knows that at a certain time that it should relax and fall asleep.</li>
<li>Your bedroom should be comfortable, relaxing, and help to induce sleep.Forget all worries and relax when going to bed. This helps to sleep well and sound sleep.</li>

<p><strong>October 2nd is national holiday and celebrated as Gandhi Jayanthi</strong></p>
<p>He was born on the October 2nd 1869 in Porbander, a very small town in Gujarat.On this day, the president and Prime Minister, followed by other political leaders, pay their tribute to the late Gandhi at Raj Ghat, the memorial place of Gandhi.</p>
<p>Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, also known as MK Gandhi,Bapu or &#8216;Father of the nation&#8217;.Gandhi&#8217;s favourite song, Raghupati Raghava, is invariably sung at all the meetings associated with him. Prayer meetings are held in various state capitals as well.</p>
<p>The birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, is celebrated with reverence all over the country.
